Shipping Policy:
We can ship products via any method United Parcel Service offers. Our shipping and handling charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the shipping method you choose and shown in your shopping cart. Most orders can be shipped same day up to 3:00 PM EST at your request.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy:
All returns must be pre-approved by FMP and may be subject to a restocking charge. All returned items must be accompanied by a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact FastenerMarketplace.com for shipping instructions.

All returns are subject to inspection and verification of contents. All returns must be in proper factory condition and include a copy of the RMA number. Failure to comply may result in a delayed refund.
All cancelations must be approved by FMP. Orders cancelled after confirmation may subject to shipping, handling and/or cancellation fees.
